Point taken: but, nonetheless, forcing them to cover *elective* procedures and/or preventative measures (prophylactics) which are inimical to known Catholic doctrine, promulgated for centuries, is a direct assault on Freedom of Religion. There is no compelling government interest in forcing someone to pay for another person's condoms when you can buy them over the counter at most drugstores, and from convenient dispensers in the men's room of the finer gas stations nationwide, at nominal cost.

(Or, if the employees are so bound and determined to flout Catholic doctrine, they can just swallow.)
