Wait, what? r>
After the initial discussion focused more on the issue of Clinton’s judgment and trustworthiness as well as the likelihood that Clinton set up the server in an effort to evade federal record keeping laws and FOIA requests, program host Joe Scarborough sought to refocus the discussion on the classified information aspect of the investigation.

Rule of Law has never been applicable to the Teflon Klintoons!!! Good luck with this MSLSD - I think Comey and up to 100 FBI personnel are ready to walk if she is not indicted or a special prosecutor/grand jury not assigned.

Shouldn’t it be a lower bar? ESPECIALLY with her party in the executive?

We already know this. If she was a normal person, she’d be in jail already. In fact, there’s a higher bar for prosecuting a Clinton irrespective of whether he or she is running for president.

I would propose that the bar should be lower to ensure that our leaders are trustworthy, but who am I to question them.

Considering rule of law is one of our Constitution’s goals, this person must have attended one of the classes obama allegedly taught.

There is no bar whatsoever. Washington DC is a progressive-left-Democrat cesspool. Absolutely no one in their power-structure wants to indict Hillary because it would leave them greatly embarrassed and scrambling for a viable candidate.

Obama his Lynch are only going through the motions, so he can claim all due investigations have been done, to run out the clock, and get attention-deficit-disordered Americans tired and bored of the issue.

therefore, nothing will happen to Hillary. She knows it.

How high was the bar set for Richard Nixon?

And who plunged almost gleefully into the prosecution (persecution?) of Nixon, with little regard for law or procedure, but Herself?

Jerome Zeifman, a longtime Clinton critic who was one of Hillary’s bosses on the committee that recommended Nixon’s impeachment back in 1974, charged that Hillary was guilty of unethical, Nixonian behavior during her service on the committee.

Her 1974 service as a junior staff lawyer on the House judiciary committee’s Nixon impeachment panel comes at the very beginning of the “35 years of experience” she so often cites.

For seemingly hating Nixon so much, Herself is STRAINING to emulate or even exceed the excesses that Nixon practiced.

Oh, my. Special Rules For Special People - there never has been a tinpot despotism yet that didn't feature that one. And who are Special People? Why, the political class, of course, especially its newest adjunct, the Journalistic Class, senior union officials, and an entire list of Protected Classes - they're actually shameless enough to name them that these days. I'm convinced we're living in a novel named Animal Farm.

Ok... let’s raise the bar we’ll forget about the US CONFIDENTIAL, US SECRET and only prosecute her for the release/storage of US TOP SECRET files on her “private server.”

I hereby declare my candidacy for President.

Be right back, I’m gonna go rob the nearest bank. They can’t prosecute me since I’m running for President.

On second thought. ... I don’t need to rob that bank. They will just give me the money, in return for a promise that I’ll support legislation favorable to them.

An open admission that there is no equality under the law and encouragement of it by the press. If there is no rule of law for the elite they had better expect no respect for the law from the peons.
