Yes, but since you're so hung up on the law in #1, surely you know that just because a picture is published, does NOT make it public domain for anyone to take and use in an advertisement.

I’m so happy to see all of the high-minded Trumpeters, so very concerned about copyright law, while fully acknowledging this PAC had no coordination with Cruz and that the person in the photo is of no particular concern.

I missed that focus in all of the press on the subject this weekend....
