It sounds to me like 6-8 ISIS terror cells practicing night tactics. On a well planned operation like in Paris and armed with either AR15/AK47 weapons and lots of ammo and perhaps grenades, each cell could murder scores or even hundreds of innocent people.
This is a deadly threat, people - not just a few innocent "Middle-Eastern" men having a night out having "fun" in the hills. I hope the cops got their pictures and finger prints, but I seriously doubt they took the time or wanted to be tagged as "racist" and sued by CAIR and the ACLU.
We'll see these guys again, soon, and we will probably deeply regret it...
