My guess is Fields would be the first one screaming the women are as tough as men if the topic suited her.
The SS would not have allowed a male within three feet of where Fields was. Fear of consequences (termination, cancelled pension) because it was a FEMALE where she shouldn’t be caused the SS guy to stand down.
