Republican front-runner Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski has been charged with simple battery for allegedly grabbing a reporter, in a case that may hinge on a Secret Service claim that the journalist first made unwanted physical contact with the billionaire-turned-politician.
‘Victory press conference was over. Why is she allowed to grab me and shout questions? Can I press charges?’ Trump tweeted this afternoon.

Plus notice she is holding something in her hand and could have been taken for a weapon. She was warned not to touch him but she insisted and she is going up against the word of secret service agents.
She absolutely did, if the SS told her to back off then she went to touch Trump without permission. It's called Battery (at the minimum) and I'm sure willful disobedience of the Secret Service is a violation of the law.

the GOP are stupid to have let this happen. After FL it was all done and finished for the others , but Trump and yet instead of us all being able to focus on Clinton and Obama we are seeing the establishment use cruz to do their dirty work to get their contested election.
