I think he blew it on the question about the 3 most important functions or whatever.
Not when you include all Government. State does cover the other areas.

It took him for a lose step and could have answered better.
However when he said security 3 times and Cooper went after him then Trump could have done better .
It shows he is not a polished elected official for sure.
I agree with an earlier poster that Trump meant top 3 governmental issues. For example, Trump always says the education should be local. That right there suggests he wasn’t talking top 3 fed responsibilities.
