If she took the pics to make fun of the guy with her friends, that is pretty nasty. If she took it out of admiration or lustful appreciation, the guy might not mind that much...or he may...so maybe if the guy did not feel much harm was done they should not be too hard on her.

Do you think she would be flattered if somebody took a picture of her privates? Why isn’t she facing a criminal charge (like the freaks that do this with cellphone cameras under bathroom stalls)?
