Greta Van Susteren and her “On the Record” panel discussed the battery charges against Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski today by a Florida court.
Greta started the segment by playing Donald Trump’s presser with reporters today on the Michelle Fields hoax. Trump told reporters,
“ “I’m not going to let a person’s life be destroyed over somebody that we have on tape. And you just take a look at what people are saying when they see that incident on tape. And no jury, in my opinion, no jury would convict a man and destroy a man over what you had here.”
Tonight former homicide detective Ted Williams and former prosecutor Katie Phang joined Greta to discuss the case.
Greta and her guests all agreed there is no way they can win this case in court and the only reason Corey was charged was because he is associated with Donald Trump. Greta said,
“In my wildest dreams I don’t see how a jury ever convicts on this with all the ambiguity. In fact, it looks like two Secret Service who were protecting Donald Trump are reaching for her. I don’t know whether or not that is what is provoking the bruises or not. That’s the problem. Here’s your reasonable doubt right there.”

Ordinarily, perhaps. But some people, for various physiological reasons, bruise very easily. My wife is one of them. Just look at her the wrong way and she bruises. And it doesn't take long for them to develop.
The circles are in the right place. It shows that three people were trying to get her away from Trump. Corey and what appears to be 2 SS agents. This , along with the report that she was told twice by SS to back off, shows that they had good cause to move her. Corey just happened to be the one that got her to move.
Wasting police time too.
This was brought on forward by a Clinton hack.
You can always tell a man by his enemies and it seems Trump has all the right ones , while the others get a free pass. Maybe Trump threatens them unlike the others.
Fields Statement:
"Campaign managers aren’t supposed to try to forcefully throw reporters to the ground, no matter the circumstance. But what made this especially jarring is that there was no hint Trump was done taking questions. No one was pushing him to get away. He seemed to have been happily answering queries from my fellow reporters just a moment before."
Terris, the reporter who is 'backing her up' said this:
"As security parted the masses to give him passage out of the chandelier-lit ballroom, Michelle Fields, a young reporter for Trump-friendly Breitbart News, pressed forward to ask the GOP front-runner a question. I watched as a man with short-cropped hair and a suit grabbed her arm and yanked her out of the way. He was Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s 41-year-old campaign manager."

Fox sucks. I don’t have any pay tv of any kind and even at the gym, I can’t bear to watch it. I used to believe they were different, bug Murcoch and Hitlary lovefest and the Arab Emerites owning 50% (or some Arab country, I don’t care which) surely points to their real motive.

True but court cases are expensive and there are other costs like going to court even if you have to fly in. Doing depositions. That is brutal. Then there is just the whole hassle of the process. the costs can really add up. It is not just the Florida prosecutor.
Trump played it brilliantly last night against Cooper.
He tried ot spin it , until Trump produced her words word for word LOL.

The point is that court is very very expensive. She is getting funded from somewhere. Would like to know where.

I watched for 5 minutes to confirm what I thought she would say. I was right.
So Lewandowski thinks the Secret Service can’t do their job, or aren’t doing it viciously enough, and reaches through them and rips her back three feet.
He doesn’t yank her back...Trump is moving forward...look at the space.
