My choices are: Vote Cruz and nudge the convention toward a second ballot and an eventual establishment nominee, or vote Trump and nudge the convention toward a first ballot nomination of Trump. Cruz and Trump are both dramatically better than Kasich/Rubio/Jeb/Christie. I’m voting and advocating for the one who has a chance to win.

Does that make sense?

I think there is a very good chance that Trump will go to the convention with less than 1237, lose the first vote, and Cruz wins the second vote. Mind you this is fair and square. FR as well as the GOP might well be burned to the ground. The road ahead is really really rough. I like it here at FR but things might change dramatically.

Ok, it kind of makes sense.

But, i disagree with the tactic.....

Cruz can take it on the first ballot if it’s contested.

I ALWAYS vote for the person who I want. I never vote according to how anyone else might vote....
