Sen. Cruz cheated on his supporters, like myself,
by voting to allow the vote on ObamaTRADE because
1) he was paid off,
2) he was paid off,
3) he though he could get away with it,
4) HIS WIFE WAS PAID OFF.
“Merchants have no country. The mere spot they stand on does not constitute so strong an attachment as that from which they draw their gains.” - Thomas Jefferson.
That was true 200 years ago and it is true now. It is true not only of merchants, but of the politicians who are owned by them. Neither group has any loyalty, honor or character, which is why they get along so well, and why they are so willing to sell out America.
