The charge of simple battery is bogus
it will be pleaded down to a double parking ticket, pay a $200 fine plus court costs and that will be the end of it
no trial
just a money grab by locals
It will probably be thrown out without any fine.
Its done its damage and demonstrated the failings of the Trump campaign.
It should not go that far and I don't think it will. The fact that Trump stands by his people and is not swayed by the mob is a badge of honor in my mind.

A AP story in my local papervtoday says he “assaulted” her. Totally incorrect, dishonest reporting.
