THey'll back Cruz, once all the courts have ruled in Cruz's favor. Besides Scotus, Districts (94), Circuit (13), SCOT-states (50), Probate courts, plus all the civil and criminal courts. Traffic courts too. 10 down, just another 100000 to go.
The State Supreme Court affirmed a lower state court decision based on law review articles without comment. It’s a win but the issue hasn’t been litigated yet. I can assure you the SCOTUS isn’t deciding what’s an NBC based on law review articles. The win is below. That’s all they said.

The surprise “visit” on January 14th, 2009 at SCOTUS with John Roberts and Co. sealed further questioning of Barry’s NBC for good. The Cuban Sandwich both took advantage of it, because they knew the Knee-Pad media would NOT go after them as mentioned in paragraph 2 above. Interesting one part of the Cuban Sandwich claimed that he was NOT eligible to run for higher office. It’s even questionable he’s qualified for his Senate seat!!!
