Ok, so if the national number is around 40%, and trump says Wisconsin is at 20%. then doesn’t that mean Wisconsin is doing better than the national unemployment rate?
It means that nobody knows for sure. I bet that Walker is not saying it is 20%, which is his point. Maybe he figured nobody would believe the real number. You did not believe 20%, did you?
