Guest Post: Trump and the True “Victims” of Abortion

Donald Trump has ignited another firestorm, and this time, he should have stood his ground. His interview with Chris Matthews yesterday on MSNBC has people on both sides of the abortion issue condemning, cursing, and distancing themselves from Trump’s point of view. I contend, however, that Trump’s thoughts on the matter opened up a discussion that is long overdue.

Trump said that if abortion became illegal (which isn’t likely anytime soon), he felt it would be only right for there to be a punishment of some kind for the women who seek out and receive illegal abortions. His campaign quickly backtracked and said that the pregnant women (whom they described as victims) should not be punished, but rather only the doctors who perform the illegal procedures.

As an OB/GYN, the son of an OB/GYN, from Egypt, I have a very different take on the matter. I know that the unborn child is alive, innocent, and deserving of life from the very day of conception.

... When I first came to America, I spent seven years working in a pro-life clinic serving young girls and women facing unplanned pregnancies. I saw first-hand the difficulties these women face. But I believe Trump’s statement should be an opportunity for us to begin a real dialogue about abortion in this country and whether we actually believe that unborn lives matter.

I firmly believe that those who call themselves Pro-Life, yet still use the lives of the innocent unborn as a political chess pieces, or tragic vehicles for fundraising, without resolving to adequately deal with the overarching circumstances that surround the issue, share deeply in the guilt of those who bring about the deaths of innocent human life.

The nation that has killed 60 million babies is under judgement from YHWH. He is done with the United States of America.

We have been under judgement ever since the 1962 School Prayer ruling. The first official Muslim Brotherhood front organization founded in the U.S. was the Muslim Students Association (MSA), established on the Urbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois in 1964. The Muslim Brotherhood is a type of the Assyrian that YHWH used to bring judgement on the 10 tribes that made up Israel. Al Qaeda is an off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. Their 9/11 attack was a perfect fulfillment of Isaiah 9:8-13.

Since the 1973 Roe v. Wade things have really gotten worse. Since then we have never won a war, before then we never lost one. With Obama we finally got Isaiah 3:4-5 “I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them. The people will be oppressed, everyone by another and every one by his neighbor; The child will be insolent toward the elder and the base to the honorable.”

All this moral decay was codified by Judges, just as the moral decay in Sodom and Gomorrah was, according to the Jewish sages, was codified by Judges. That puts us as “in the days of Lot” (Luke 17:28-37). The “great sign in the heavens” from Revelation 12:1-2 actually occurs on September 23-24, 2017. So Ted Cruz is “in this race to show this country the face of the God that we serve”, as his wife has stated, which is part of the Dominion Heresy (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominion_Theology), that believes that Conservative Christians need to take control of the secular government and rule over the non-Christians, for the good of all, of course.

Now if you believe that anything that we, as humans, can do will change the judgement to come, then you are not paying attention. But you are paying attention, so now you know why it is not a good idea to support Ted Cruz.

As for Donald Trump, I view him as a type of Samson, whom YHWH raised up to bring down the Temple of Dagon on the Philistines. Read Judges 13-16 and then look at the characteristics Donald Trump shares with Samson: Doesn’t drink, ever; has really wild hair; is really harsh if you treat him badly or unfairly; ran around with a lot of foreign women.

Now look at Donald Trump’s slogan: “Make America Great Again”. Alexis de Tocqueville said: “America is great because she is good. If America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.” Donald Trump knows that in a country overrun with Philistines one can not campaign on “Make America Good Again”. However, if you look at what he says he will do, how offended he is by people lying about him, how offended he is with dirty tricks, how he hates the corruption in American government, etc. you know that he is trying to do is make America good again. So Donald Trump is bringing people out of the shadows, so to speak, and giving them hope that things can be better. This puts them out in the world where the Holy Spirit can bring believers into contact with those who are to be saved. So that is the spiritual aspect of the Trump campaign.

On the Bible Prophecy side, how is YHWH going to convince the Iranians that 2017 would be about the last time they, with their allies, can wipe out the United States and attack Israel to wipe it off the map?

How about we elect Donald Trump and he starts to make the American Military so strong that no one will want to mess with us? How about if he starts to root out the Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of the Government? In fact, the threat of having Donald Trump in the Whitehouse may well trigger the attack that is described in Ezekiel 38:10-13, which YHWH does not stop, so that the attack in Ezekiel 38:14-23, which YHWH will stop can take place. Then the End will come.

When the world gets to these critical points, there isn’t anything one can do to change the course set by YHWH for the world. It is much easier if you focus on that narrow way YHWH has for you to do as your part in His magnificent Word.

Any true constitutional conservative knows that Trump, not Cruz is right on this one. I guess Cruz missed the “Founding Fathers 101” class at Haaa-vaad.

The founding Fathers and the Right to Life by Jameson Taylor

The Declaration of Independence draws a very clear line between sanity and insanity by proclaiming the existence of certain self-evident truths that all rational men should recognize: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

A self-evident truth is, by definition, evident to anyone who is sane. Persons who do not accept that all human beings are endowed with an inalienable right to life—for example, the 82 percent of Americans who think abortion should be legal—are, by this definition, insane.

The right to life is inalienable because it is not of human, but of divine origin. Because man does not create himself, he cannot deprive himself of the primary goods that are inherent to human existence: life, freedom and happiness. Just as no government can deny its citizens these inalienable rights, neither can a man deprive himself of these rights. The “inalienable” right to life thus precludes abortion as well as suicide.

A Closer Look at Roe

But what about Roe vs. Wade? Does a “penumbra,” or shadow, of the 14th Amendment guarantee a right to privacy that includes the right to an abortion?

The fact is, as Justice Byron White’s dissenting opinion in Roe vs. Wade concluded, there is “nothing in the language or history of the Constitution to support the Court’s judgement.” Indeed, just as the logical development of the Declaration’s recognition of man’s inherent liberty required federal intervention to abolish slavery, the Declaration’s acknowledgment of the inalienable right to life would seem to favor federal intervention to end abortion.

James Wilson’s “Lectures on Law,” given at what eventually was to become the University of Pennsylvania, clearly affirm that the right to life encompasses the unborn. Wilson was one of only six men to sign both the Declaration and the Constitution, and was a Supreme Court justice from 1789 to 1798. Recognized as “the most learned and profound legal scholar of his generation,” Wilson’s lectures were attended by President George Washington, Vice President John Adams, Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson and a “galaxy of other republican worthies.” For this reason, as constitutional scholar Walter Berns states, “Wilson, when speaking on the law, might be said to be speaking for the Founders generally.” So what do the Founders say about the right to life?

Wilson clearly answers this question: “With consistency, beautiful and undeviating, human life from its commencement to its close, is protected by the common law. In the contemplation of law, life begins when the infant is first able to stir in the womb. By the law, life is protected not only from immediate destruction, but from every degree of actual violence, and in some cases, from every degree of danger.”

Given Wilson’s exegesis, one cannot doubt that the Founders recognized that unborn infants are owed the full protection of the law. The key question thus becomes the point at which the unborn fetus becomes an unborn child.

Wilson, in agreement with the limited medical jurisprudence of his time, assumed that life begins with the “quickening” of the infant in his mother’s womb. As taught by Aristotle, the quickening was the point at which the fetus was infused with a human, rational soul. John Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, first printed in 1839, defines the quickening as follows: “The motion of the foetus, when felt by the mother, is called quickening, and the mother is then said to be quick with child. This happens at different periods of pregnancy in different women, and in different circumstances, but most usually about the fifteenth or sixteenth week after conception….”

One of the sources of both Wilson’s and Bouvier’s opinion is William Blackstone’s widely read Commentaries on the Laws of England (1765-1769). Blackstone’s discussion of the quickening observes: “Life is the immediate gift of God, a right inherent by nature in every individual; and it begins in contemplation of law as soon as an infant is able to stir in the mother’s womb. For if a woman is quick with child, and by a potion, or otherwise, killeth it in her womb… this, though not murder, was by the ancient law homicide or manslaughter. But at present it is not looked upon in quite so atrocious a light, though it remains a very heinous misdemeanor…”

I couldn’t believe what the GOPers have been saying about women & abortion and what it means to be pro-life. I’m not talking about the young girl scared to death, but to say a grown woman doesn’t bare any responsibility is ridiculous.

Some women have 2,3, or 4 abortions and use abortion as birth control.

I wish Trump would have used his original answer to open a dialogue. But as far as I’m concerned the other GOPers and media talking heads have been using weasel words.

I think they want us to March on Washington once a year and forget about the dead babies the rest of the year.

The victim of abortion is the human baby. If abortion was illegal ( which it will be soon but not today) ,People who violate that law prohibiting the killing of a humans and all those who aid or facilitate SHOULD BE HARSHLY PUNISHED!! That includes the killer “mommy”!!

Words can't express my sorrow in seeing Gods word used to justify a man who brags about affairs with married women, who's choose a wife who posed nude, who says he's prolife, but can't articulate it, and destroys people and their families for political purposes.....I could go on. He has spawned followers to be as hateful and slanderous as he is. They will spread lies without any evidence. They are so spiritually blinded by trump that they actually believe he's part of Gods plan. Yes, God used weak and imperfect people, but the truly sinful ones like trump, He used to punish the nation because people followed after idols. Trump is many peoples idol. God, please removal the scales on the eyes of people that have turned this man into an idol.

I'm watching the CNN townhall right now and am amazed at how hard Trump was pushing Matthews on the abortion issue, essentially making him admit his own position runs counter to the that of the Catholic church.

Here is a link to the CNN Town Hall if anyone wants to watch it, and the abortion question which came from an audience member starts at around 28:30.

Make it illegal to sell abortions and nearly all abortion will stop. Require doctors to give factually accurate information and it will stop. Train up men to be real men and not just hedonists, and it will stop.

When those things are done, and women choose abortion anyway, then the guilt is all their own. In the meantime, far too many women have been lied to for the sake of political gain.

Ironically, if a woman (or her boyfriend) does something to induce abortion (such as the boyfriend who beat his girlfriend until she miscarried) he/she can now be charged for practicing “medicine” without a license. So the “pro-choice” folks who are bent out of shape by what Trump said have no leg to stand on.

Can you back this up by listing some of Trump's many sins? Are you that sinless that you can stand in judgment of someone's heart? I think upon reflection you will come to realize that you are a sinner yourself and have no business judging Donald, or anyone's sinfulness.

I actually watched that. I agree with you. I watched very little actual video of him. Did you think what Trump did was an accident, or what? It was probably the best laying it on the line publicly I’ve seen about abortion. But it was still flawed.

“Of course, it’s human life or not.” This was not said. But no one can say it clearly because we tolerate our state avoiding the issue of deciding if the unborn are people. He should announce some type of crazy national referendum on abortion. Legit, but not law. The ones that think it is murder should know if they are actually really the minority now by a lot or what.

Yes-—Trumps instincts are good——He instinctively knows the truth—but because of the fascist nature of MSM and their total control over the minds of the ignorant masses and all the schools-—they can control the narrative and make Trump “look” bad at will.

Of course, Trump had to walk his very truthful statement back.......because you can NEVER say the TRUTH out in the public square.

The SCOTUS deliberately BANNED the truth in the 40s-60s, so that there could be no transmission of the Christian worldview to the children, and that ideology of Free Will and Individualism INatural Rights only from God and always individual-—never “collective/socialized” rights which kills and enslaves the individual).

The Christian Worldview created the US Constitution. No other worldview creates Free Will, critical thinking and Individual Natural Rights from God. Children today can’t even conceive of Lockean Philosophy or Adam Smith-—they have tribal “socialized” minds.

By banning only Christianity, they allow all other “faiths” to be promoted over and over to our children, so that all the attitudes and desires which created the Age of Reason and the Mind of Newton who wrote more on Christianity and Theology than Science, are erased. They can never be critical thinkers because they are not given the tools to “think”—they are just programmed with lies and misinformation and half-truths. Their foundation is warped also all their thinking is warped—enough to make coherent thinking impossible-—like a Hindu mindset-—or muslim where contradictions never matter.

We have to RETURN TRUTH to the public square and get children OUT of the public mandatory indoctrination centers (dehumanization factories to force “group (non) think”).

We need to get rid of the Marxist (godless) promoting curricula that John Dewey forced into America in the 30s that forces atheism, materialism, naturalism (mother earth worship) and Rites of Ba’al Worship like abortion and sodomy. All the above “faiths” are totalitarian or collective systems that deny individualism and God-Given Natural Rights-—so they can NEVER be promoted as “good” or “true”. They deny fundamental Natural Rights—as all collectives do which enslave the virtuous/productive.
