HAH! Trump calls out Club 4 Growth after Their Trump Attack Ad Titled “Math” Doesn’t Add Up

Club for Growth released its latest attack ad against Donald Trump. The ad titled “Math” is running in Wisconsin.

In the ad Club for Growth posts a chart showing the candidate’s delegate count.

Then Club for Growth adds Cruz and Kasich’s delegates to show Cruz beating Trump.

But the ad doesn’t add up. 463 + 143 = 608 which is significantly less than 739.

Their “Math” ad doesn’t add up.

On Friday Trump called out the anti-Trump group.

Bray, don’t you know it’s the GOPe that’s choosing to follow Cruz, and not Cruz taking his marching orders from them. Well, that’s what the Cruzers all tell us, right? You and I see him as a total sellout to the very people we’re all trying to defeat, or thought we were.

“I would rather vote for head lice than for Ted Cruz.”

UGH! Mind picture:
Ted Cruz asking “would you like to borrow my comb?”

Show me where in the 2nd chart it says that bar they added on top of the current Cruz delegate count consists solely of Kasich delegates. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

Using that logic:

Total Cruz 455
Total non-Cruz 1,112 (70%)

Total Kasich 144
Total non-Kasich 1,423 (90%)

Total Trump 749
Total non-Trump 818 (52%)

Seems to me that Trump is in the most advantageous position. Cruz and Kasich are the NOT PREFERRED candidates by a wide margin.

When Trump wins the northeastern primaries (NY and NJ), the non-Trump will drop below 50%, with the non-Cruz and non-Kasich numbers still in deep negative territory.

If you’re voting for the Donald you are voting for head lice.

The math only works if you add in Marco Rubio's 172 delegates.

If Donald Trump wants to run such an ad, he would be perfectly justified.

watch the video put out by Club for Growth

Look at Kasich’s little piece jump on top of Cruz’s little stack.

Trump’s correct. Their ad is ineffective because their math as portrayed in that ad doesn’t work.

“Trump is the biggest dumbass for tweeting out and suggesting that the ad was making a math claim that it clearly doesn’t. The point of the ad is completely valid.”

Bingo!

Heads are exploding everywhere.

We are about to lose our first and second amendment rights in the first week of a Clinton administration and we are more concerned over the emotional outbursts of the Cruz and Trump camps.

If Trump has any ‘friends’ or if he will listen to ANYBODY, best thing he can do is knock off the twitter/facebook and the rest of the ‘sociable media’ crap.

Like someone said the other day - he has to learn to quit answering ‘loaded’ questions....that farce the other day was downright embarassing when 2 out of 3 things he says is Fed responsibility are things the R’s (in general) have been doing away with going back to Reagan years Education & now Health Care.....

DONALD, DONALD, DONALD!!!!

Better shut your pie hole and let people think you may be unknowing rather than open it and remove ALL doubt!!

Against each other but never the opposition......

Yes - sad but true.

Remember in 2012 how vicious Romney was against republicans in the primary?

And what a pussycat he was against Obama in the general election?

And the worse part is that Obama was a very vulnerable opponent - much more so than many of the republicans in the primary.

He had made so many policy failures, taken many unconstitutional actions, made so many racist and anti-American statements that he was an easy target.

But Romney let him slide.

None of that matters if Trump can’t get to 1237 before the convention.

Laugh all you want, but as a minimum, Mr. Trump is a Natural Born American Citizen, not some unconstitutional hybrid like Senator Cruz...Your “high and mighty, I’m smarter than you,” self-superior comments are somewhat dismissive of your fellow man and/or woman...some of whom may have more formal education than you do.

That’s not “Kasich’s little piece.” They don’t label it as “Kasich” once it’s on top of the Cruz total, and the narrator clearly says “the opposition” as the numbers for Cruz increase.

Correct. Trump or Cruz needs to get to 1,237 before Cleveland.

Who gives a damn about formal education? People who believe things like these stupid Trump tweets are engaged in moronic behavior, because they don’t THINK FOR THEMSELVES. Oh my God - the Donald said something - it must be true! Let me retweet it and use it as an example of how stupid Cruz is (who didn’t even run the ad)!

The Club For Growth exists to make points that never completely add up. Their basic economic argument is dependent upon macro economic analysis. But macro economic analysis basically comes down to aggregating the total economic activity. This leads largely to ignoring the infinite number of individual transactions & decisions that are the real economy. It leads to disastrous effects on once viable communities around the Union--indeed around the earth.

Their delegate Math should not surprise anyone who understands the actual "depth" (sic) of their analysis.

And their bias against Donald Trump, shown in superficial antics, like this, bespeaks the fact that they feel threatened by anyone who points out that these "economists," posing in their new clothes, are intellectually naked.
