“How exactly is this a double standard against Cruz?”

Well you know, Cruz would be stupid to raise a ruckus if the nomination is taken from him at the convention because, he has something to lose. but Trump, it’s ok if he does because he has nothing to lose.

So the double standard was based on your premise, not the articles? It’s funny that people are presuming what Trump and Cruz would do. For all we know, Cruz goes back to the senate no worse off than he was before he joined the race. Heck, the RNC didn’t support him in his run for senate so I don’t see how that would change. Trump on the other hand can go back tonight what he was doing before he entered the race, or he could file suit and fight this until he gets his way.

Regardless, the true premise from the article states what rational people have been saying for weeks. These two must come together to take down the establishment. Until that happens they will continue to destroy conservatism and get Hillary nominated in the process.

RE “....but Trump, it’s ok if he does because he has nothing to lose....”

Except his OWN money. He’s the only one in this who’s spending his own fortune. He put his money wher ehis mouth is.

This shouldn’t be Trump vs Cruz, nor Freeper vs Freeper.

It’s about America and trying to stop the slide into sh*t.
