That’s interesting that all ND delegates are unpledged and Teddie is campaigning there today. Perhaps he is trying to “acquire” (possibly buy) those candidates like he is doing in LA, MT and other states.

North Dakota:
Republican Presidential Caucuses: The Republican Party will not vote at its caucus, allowing its 28 delegates to remain unpledged to a specific candidate.

The voters of ND have absolutely ZERO input into their presidential nomination. The party decides.

I believe Colorado did the same. Commie to the max.
