They are PROUD of the fact that they worked such long hours, in separate cities (with no mention of their children—of course until they are needed, in matching dresses, as photo props.) It’s the bold face lies (hey! We are a “working family...just like you!) that made me realize just how creepy (and Clintonesque) they are.
It looks like the reporter is telling his own wife he’s been faithful to her.
