Not necessarily. I think a lot of anger and venting going on throughout the South, and Donald Trump captured the mood, resulting in his sweep of the region. He spoke our “language,” and appealed to the angst and disgust in our hearts over the disappointments and failures of the body politic in WDC.
They have to say mean things about Mrs. Cruz. It makes them feel better about themselves.
