“Cruz gave up his Canadian citizenship in 2012, was it?”
Cruz, a natural born US citizen, could have been a citizen of Mars and STILL would be a natural born US citizen. Unless you can show that Cruz surrendered his natural US citizenship, you have no basis for denying Cruz’s citizenship!

what holds me up on the NBC thingy is that Cruz’s mom was on voter rolls in Calgary. Since she lives next to Cruz, and since she’s stumping sometimes, (or at least was last week) maybe somebody can ask her if she gained Canadian citizenship along with Dad Rafael in order to work in Canada, and is that why she is on the voter rolls??

Renouncing foreign citizenship(s) is the final step one takes before announcing intentions to run for POTUS. /s
