They already do. It is called the JAG. JAG is politically directed and uses threats and coercion against military commanders, just like all political commissars; “Make any decision you’d like, but we must report all infractions of law and political directives to higher authorities.”
So is JAG as politically corrupt as the DOinJ? Does it change with each administration?
