Bubba wants Hillary in jail. Out of his life forever. So he is intentionally trying to piss off Obama so that he’ll indict her.
I think Bill is more moderate than Hillary. He probably strongly disagrees with a lot that Obama has done, and that Hillary or Bernie would do.
But I think he is shooting off his mouth because he has become the stage of elderly where the inhibitions are gone. I don’t know the name for that, but I remember when my father got there. My brother, who ran an elder care home, says this is really common— that a sense of embarrassment or propriety goes away.
