Nope, I live in CO and have attended some Republican functions, including the earlier precinct caucuses, and most are supporting Cruz here in CO.

Sorry to burst your bubble!..

All 3 delegate slots in the CD7 assembly in Arvada have gone to those pledged to Cruz.

"Pledged" is the best any candidate can hope for in COLO this year, since *ZERO* Colo delegates will be "bound".

So he's won 9 out of 9 so far, with 12 to be chosen Fri evening and 13 chosen Saturday. That will account for 34 of our 37 delegates, as the last three are the State GOP Chair, the RNC National Committeewoman and RNC Natl Committeeman.

You’re not busting anyone’s bubble. You can take it up the Denver post: Out 597 Colorado political activist 60% vying to be a delegate would wait until the convention to pick a candidate, and the other 40% said they would favor a candidate with Cruz getting 30% of that unbound pledge. That’s not ‘most or everyone.

And BTW Cruzer, in my CO precinct Cruz did not get a single vote in an unofficial vote tally as it was Ben Carson who got the “most votes” for the night.

If Cruz falls short big time in the delegate count by the convention time, these same delegates may just vote for Trump.

In 2008 Romney won the state with 60% of the CO straw vote over McCain who only got a measly 19%. So what happen on the floor of the convention? The CO delegates seeing who really won the whole enchilada, Romney got shut out with zero delegates. It was McCain and his 19% who got them all.

In 2012, Santorum won 6 pledged delegates, Romney got the rest. But when it was time, Santo did not receive a single CO delegate during the floor vote.

So I wouldn’t get all cocky there Cruzer.
