The Twin Peaks shootout has been hotly debated here for almost a year with many people claiming a 'police massacre' took place followed by a massive coverup and others claiming it was a shootout initiated by bikers that police quickly stopped from escalating further.

The linked video released by a Nevada attorney provides one of the best looks so far at what took place in the parking lot that day, including several of the bikers getting killed.

Recommended viewing for anyone interested in this case.

Stubbs was described in the news at a lawyer for the Bandidos. Is that true?

You’d think the Banditos were a bunch of innocent angels who just all happened to be meeting at a Twin Peaks for a political meeting and to listen to a keynote speaker.

Ridiculous.

BTW, the word is “affecting”, not “effecting”.

So the Cossacks were not members of the “political” group and were not invited to attend the meeting at Twin Peaks, BUT only the Cossacks and police knew about it. The Cossacks are said to have known they were under the guns of police snipers, but started shooting innocent people anyway. Yeah...

Whatever the real truth may be, the ten points in this post amount to internally inconsistent advocacy for the Bandidos, not an independent assessment of facts.
