Cruz tactic is to know who their own candidates are for delegate.
Trump tactic is to be clueless who their own delegate wannabes are.
Clearly Cruz is taking advantage of Trump’s incompetence and that is unfair.

Cruz’s people should be helping Donald Trump instead of trying to use the law to steal his votes.
Cruz tactic is to use GOPe delegates already prepared from before the election to deny Trump a honest win and instead vote for the GOPe guy like was planned from before Cruz asked the GOPe to save his losing campaign after the south. Most are not really for Cruz obviously but are GOPe claiming to be for Cruz to stop Trump.
Hence the GOPe bragging they will Nominate Paul Ryan.
