Some journalist should ask Kasich if he agrees with the $135,000 fine levied against the Oregon couple for refusing to service a gay wedding. Hell, someone should ask Bernie and Hillary the same question. Journalists will try to put conservatives on the spot about abortion, but never puts libs on the spot for their views.

What I find amazing is that the media never asks him why we should “get over” this issue because “it’s the law of the land”, but he maintains a (rightful) pro-life stand on abortion. What is the criteria for “getting over” an issue?

Exactly! What infuriates me is when they asked the candidates in the debates if they would attend a gay wedding if it was their child. The answer should be, “It is completely irrelevant whether I would go or not...the relevant question must be Would I have the government FORCE someone to attend a gay wedding!” THAT is the issue. The government is actually now FORCING people to go to gay weddings whether they like it or not! This isn’t speculative, it’s happening. Is there somewhere in the constitution that says I must participate in a gay wedding if I make cakes?

RE:”In this country we have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason...”

Not legally. You know that.

Kasich is an anti-Catholic ex-Catholic. Strong whiffs of homosexuality.

So he lost not just his faith, but his reason.

Sounds sort of like a Menshevik sometime in 1918.

I wonder if Kasich would’ve told the Founding Fathers to “chill! Get over it!” when it came to the issue of religious liberty.
