There was no caucus. There was no primary. Everything was decided by party leaders. Voters weren’t involved in the process at all

There were district conventions and a state convention. Party members participated, not just party leaders. Anybody who wanted to be involved and took the time and effort to be involved, was involved.

And, yes, they counted the votes for each delegate. Turns out the Cruz delegates got more votes. Because the Trump organization couldn't find enough Trump supporters who wanted to be involved...and then botched the voting process.

That is true. It wasn’t until he took on all the Bushies that Bushie tactics started getting used.

Does that mean Jeb! Will end up party standard bearer?

by obtaining the support of employees

Wrong-it's like trying to take over a corporation from a well-entrenched board of directors by obtaining the support of its SHAREHOLDERS.

The citizens of this country are not its employees!

Spare us, you were never going to vote for Trump.

What is it with Cruzers? Lies fly from their lips like spittle.

I think that we are seeing that Cruz is no constitutional conservative [readers should go look up his nine supreme court cases]. He is a budding right wing authoritarian and so are his supporters.

Trump appears to believe that giving speeches and Tweeting will win him the nomination. I guess not. Maybe he should have hired some professionals who know what they are doing. The deal maker indeed. More like sore loser again.

This is nonsense. Did someone even offer Trump a deal or was everything done behind close doors without letting Trump in the door

Ahh--so now deal-makers have to be invited?

Doesn't say much for Trump's ability to govern if he thinks he needs to wait for others to invite him in.

What was that Cruz said about New York values. Cruz’s college room-mates were right. Cruz is not a “mensch.”

Win???

There was no vote? LOL!

What are you talking about win?

Cruz did not win.

He denied Colorado the right of a vote, and then smiles about it.

EVERYONE KNOWS CRUZ CHEATED and CRUZ CAN’T WIN WITHOUT CHEATING!

So you think Trump should’ve approached ppl and offered deal behind closer doors. Sound like you’re advocating corruption

Again, classic Trump supporter projection. And I am being honest when I say I was a Trump/Cruz either/or. However, Trump showed himself to be a thin-skinned narcissist and I’ve had enough of that over the past 7+ years.

Let it be known clear as crystal: Trump did NOT kill the Republican party, he merely turned the spotlight on its corpse.

No. What I'm saying is that Trump should've known how to deal with Colorado, rather than b***h about it later, acting like he got pushed out when he didn't know how the process works.
