You can sure tell which one is the lawyer here.

You can also tell which one is the incompetent narcissistic whiner.

FYI...

Trump rally tonight in Albany, NY. (I’m local.)

The local conservative talk station is 1300 AM and their studio is in the front of the same Arena. Should anything news worthy happen they will likely preempt the scheduled programming.

Link to station and to listen live:

They throw out rule 40 and put forth somebody more agreeable to the delegates.

How are they going to throw out Rule 40? Are the Trump delegates going to vote 'yes' on tossing the rule? I know Cruz's won't. And I know this because Cruz has put forth the effort on the ground to ensure that his delegates are truly loyal to him, while Trump has not.

Just as Trumps delegates are not bound to him neither are Cruz’s.

Did you just not witness what took place in Colorado? Ted Cruz's campaign team got a list of delegates that are loyal to Cruz - delegates that he can count on in round 2, round 3, round 4, etc. In Virginia, he got delegates there he could count on in future rounds - some Trump delegates, some other candidate delegates. If Cruz had not done this, then those delegate spots would be filled with GOPe stooges who would do the GOPe's bidding in future rounds.

Ted Cruz should be praised for doing the grunt work to ensure that the GOPe doesn't steal this election, while Donald Trump does nothing but whine. Trump is too lazy or incompetent to put in the work to ensure that his own delegates are loyal to him and not the GOPe.

Ted Cruz is the only candidate out there working to stop the GOPe.

and everyone of those delegates decided to vote for Cruz, right it just worked out that way!

We had our own rules for monopoly when I was a kid, the guy who came up with the rules, he owned the game, always won as he was the banker. Just worked out that way.

I don’t need to learn anything about a process in Colorado or anywhere else that was a back room styled insider plan to steer the final result to the GOPe candidate of choice who is not going to be either Trump or Cruz.

The best news coming out of all this is the people, you know those who lead off the Preamble: We The People.... are finally awake to what has been going on for centuries. The 2016 election will stand as probably the last we see in this format, the Karl Roves and Mitt Romney’s of the world notwithstanding.

Post the Colorado RNC home addresses and phones in the local papers and let their constituents visit them.

“”Weird. I did a search for that, and nothing came up. I stand corrected””.

I’m not surprised, the article was put up on this site TWICE in front page section, and both times it was removed, sent to the corn field. I was not surprised one bit when that occurred.

>> We are a Representative Republic and not a Banana Republic <<

Couldn't agree more, my FRiend, couldn't agree more.

To expand upon that belief, I think the essence of a representative republic is that the representatives are supposed use independent judgment as to what is in the best interests of the republic as a whole, as opposed to their robotically following the will of the demos.

So if the delegates follow the rules, state by state, and subsequently exercise their best judgments in selecting whichever nominee they deem will best serve the interests of their party and nation, I don't see how your "Banana Republic" analogy would apply.

And you fail to understand that’s Trump’s candidacy is not about Trump.<<

Doublespeak nonsense. If his character, positions skills and abilities are lacking then this nomination process is certainly about him.

Is Ben Carson a psychopath and child molester?

To back Trump, you would have to back that statement. Trump does not back it anymore and Dr Carson is not in the race anymore.

I remember Trump threatening to sue Cruz for running an ad that featured unflattering video of Trump giving his opinions, which do not jibe with his current campaign. If you are not a lawyer, good luck defending yourself in a frivolous lawsuit against a billionaire. You have to back that as fair.

Trump admitted to buying politicians. He is the corrupt influence on government, and an insider. The ultimate insider, earning billions. Partying with democrats and republicans in a governmental dance of corrupt influence. Why do you think that will change?

Trump wants to sue people that talk about him, and bemoans the fact he cannot sue them. Even if it is true.

I think going on would just bore people that can see this. And will get a poster of LYING TED WITH THE BIBLE HELD HIGH!

What are Donald’s winning paths? Hillary winning, he doesn’t lose. Winning presidency? Maybe. Cruz winning? Well he can be sure that doesn’t happen.

Which outcomes will give me my constitution back?

DK

Just a thoughtful reminder. The Occupy Wall Street Movement won money for the bankers and Wall Street high rollers. I’m sure they said, hey demonize me more, just keep the money flowing. Which is also why Bernie can NEVER win. If Hillary steps down, for health reasons (rather than reporting to prison ones which won’t happen) then Biden or some other part of the Dem Party will be anointed. And we are back at the same old same old. And the 70 year old Trump will continue with his NY parties and billionaire life.

Perfect gif for the twisted crap hoodat writes.

I knew these cruzettes had to do contortions to make teddy land on his feet, but THAT was quite the rubber man act.

Here’s what the cruzzies just aren’t ‘getting’.
The average voter now believes teddy cheated -
that is what will stick.

No words on this forum or any other, is going to change the fact that most people don’t understand this ‘rule’ nor do they want to take the time to learn it - and that’s where teddy and the GOPe failed here, the meme is set - teddy cheats.

It always amazes me when people like you don’t like a certain candidate they call him or her things like “moron”. I’ve never seen a moron who’s a billionaire.

I know lots of liberals who called, and still call, Sarah Palin, an idiot and stupid.

Both Trump and Palin have accomplished too many things for them to be stupid or morons.

Calling someone stupid or moron because you don’t agree with them or dislike them is stupid.

The truth is Trump in Colorado got at 40 % of the vote...Cruz got 38 %

Since Colorado didn't have a primary, exactly where are you getting those numbers?

You and I both know Cruz did not get a majority in Texas because there were multiple candidates...

What the Trumpers that bring this up never want to tell you is that Cruz got more delegates in TX while competing against 5 other candidates than Romney got in TX in 2012, running against one other candidate after the nomination was already decided!
