My Dad surely would have loaned me a Million had I taken his advice and did my VietHo service in a Military Academy, but being proud and now poor, I joined the service.
EdwardsJones stole his money, I still have mine.
No Deferments and still managed to escape from most hos and stds.
So under your threshold only Vietnam veterans can be president? Join the Uni Party they will say yes to that!
