Shepherd Smith tweet says NJ JUDGE has ruled in favor or Cruz. It was expected. Next step appeal or suit. Either way it will.move up.to SCOTUS. Have not read the actually ruling yet.
This is the same judge that ruled BHO birthcertificate was fake but he was born in HI anyway. VERY WEAK judge. As I said it was expected.
