Doesn’t matter. He didn’t do anything different than he did in previous years. If the RNC changed the rules behind the scene and he was unaware, why should he think this year would be any different. They connived against him. No one is going to fault Larry Lindsey as he has not had a problem with being a delegate for the past 1 1/2 decades, and now all of a sudden he is tricked into not knowing he was to attend a specific event, when it was never necessary in the past? Hmmmmm, sounds like someone found a dirty loophole or way around letting Trump supporters be delegates. It is very OBVIOUS that Cruz team has zero integrity when it comes to allowing the true representation of the citizens of counties all over the nation.

Here is a great post from the video:

When they posted the Nevertrump Twitter remark on their website, they violated the 15th Amendment of the Constitution and The voting rights act of 1965 by singling out a specific group voters and denying their right to vote!! You can file lawsuit yourself against her and the party and ask for a Primary as your remedey!!! If the judges are corrupt you can try to file an International Tort claim against her and the party to bankrupt them forever.

Wonder how much the Cruz team colluded with the Colorado RNC? Hmmm, if the collusion can be documented, they may have broken the law. Cruz team is so swift to disenfranchise voters all over the country.

NEVER, never has a previous candidate who is not the front runner sought to circumvent the will of the people in neighborhoods all over our nation, in an effort to shut down their vote. Has never happened because most candidate and their campaigns would be embarrassed to be disenfranchising voters from places they do not even live.

#ColoradoNeeds2Vote is trending

[He never did anything different than he did in previous years?? From his Facebook: “Although I have been a Registered Republican in Douglas County, Colorado for at least 15 years now, this year was my first experience as a delegate.”]

http://thefederalist.com/2016/04/12/colorado-trump-voter-who-cried-foul-was-told-of-county-assembly-never-showed-up/

Excerpts from the above link:

“Early on in the saga, Lindsey wrote, “This year, I decided that as important as this election is to the future of our nation, that I needed to be involved in the Colorado Caucus. I attended the Douglas County Assembly, and then the County Caucus and was elected as a delegate.”

[He attended his Precinct Caucus first, even though he calls it a County Assembly.]

…“And he was even elected to serve as a delegate to the Douglas County Republican Assembly.

But he never showed up to that assembly. Lindsey later wrote, after the GOP revealed he hadn’t shown up to his county assembly, a few different versions of events…..

....”She told me not to worry, because she said I was already a delegate and all I had to do was to show up at the State Convention.

There is no evidence to support his claim, and much to counter it. In addition to previously revealed information, one elected official says he personally talked to Lindsey about the importance of going to the county assembly — and has the phone record to back it up.

State Rep. Patrick Neville (HD-45) represents Castle Rock, the county seat of Douglas County.... According to phone records, he had an eight-minute phone call with Lindsey on March 15. Neville says that they talked about his positions and areas of shared concern, as well as the importance of showing up at the assembly. Indeed, that was the main purpose of the phone call — to ensure delegates showed up at the county assembly and voted on the HD-45 race. Neville was surprised when Lindsey didn’t show up. (Neville ended up winning the nomination by acclamation.)”

End excerpt.

Mr. Lindsey sounds like a guy trying to do the right thing. Although perhaps a bit confused on some things. It was his first time as a delegate.

My first time too as a delegate in Washington state, although it is pretty straight-forward and I have received plenty of emails reminding me to attend, sign up, etc.
