A New Jersey judge has ruled that Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz meets the constitutional requirements to be president and may appear on the state's presidential primary ballot.
Judge Jeff Masin ruled Tuesday that a child of a citizen-father or citizen-mother is "indeed a natural born Citizen within the contemplation of the Constitution."

Perhaps you have a remarkable insight that you could share. The Constitution did not define the term Natural Born Citizen, but several can be found elsewhere. Do you have the right answer?

Unlike like the other side of this argument, I don't make stuff up. I just report what the law says, how the law has been interpreted in relationship to the Constitution, and the fact that no competent court to date has overruled the relevant U.S. law. Posting fairy tales on websites is not going to get the job done for the Birther Brigade.
And nearly everybody knew this was the case. Heck, Obama even admitted it in his books.
Yet, absolutely nobody thought it a disqualification until after he was elected!!!.
The first post on Free Republic challenging Obama's eligibility on the basis of only a single American parent appeared on December 8, 2008 -- one month after Obama was elected President.

Sir, This was a local Administrative Judge in New Jersey. This ruling needs to climb a few more rungs before it gets to the Federal judiciary. Such an appeal has already moved from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and may even bypass a Federal District Court or the U.S. Court of Appeals. Watch that lane.
So you got a little name “birther” that is supposed to carry your argument? The thing that convinced me that Cruz is a joke is when he said Trump isn’t a natural born citizen because his mother was merely a citizen and not a natural born citizen.

The alleged birth certificate is a crude digital fraud with less credibility than crayon on a brown paper grocery bag. Obama was not born in the United States. Obama’s mother was a minor and too young under U.S. law and under international law for her child to inherit her citizenship. The father was a foreign citizen, and the child inherited the fathers status as a British subject. The natural born citizen clause was written for the specific purpose of excluding eligibility for any person born after the adoption of the Constitution with British citizenship. There is no credible evidence Obama ever lawfully acquired U.S. citizenship. The police officer investigating the passport break-in at the State Department was murdered execution style the day before he was scheduled to take the witness stand and testify about his discoveries in the case. Face it, you are lending yourself to a criminal conspiracy to subvert the Constitution and the rule of law.

Of course he was. The purpose of the forged birth certificate was to conceal his fraud to gain entry to prestigious universities as a foreign status and the fact that he never reclaimed his NBC status that was lost when he was adopted by Sotero. He had a right to recover his citizenship when he turned 18, but he didn't. He ran the risk of being declared that he had voluntarily surrender his citizenship.

Wasn’t it King Trumpy who was saying that Cruz “needed to go to court and get this settled”? And all the King Trumpy Worshipers were in agreement. Now he’s been to court and they still disagree. There is just no pleasing some people.....
In the Constitution it reads “natural born Citizen”.

Oh yeah just fine. The judge that ruled Ted is eligible in New Jersey had this to say about Obama and anchor babies:
In the end, Judge Masin ruled that Obama’s nomination petition was not defective, Obama had no obligation to prove his eligibility, and that in general the children of aliens born in the United States were natural born citizens.
So according to him anchor babies will be eligible in just a few short years, and their parents are still illegal aliens. So I guess this is now what we interpret as a natural born citizen who is eligible to serve as President of the United States.
We wonder why this country is being lost?
Wake up people. Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen.
