The New Jersey ALJ is not a federal judge! LOL.

I don't think any of the federal cases have concluded with a ruling the objector/plaintiff has standing. At least two of those are still cooking. The Utah case is pending before the Circuit Court and has a SCOTUS petition, and a decision is pending in the Texas case, at the District Court level.

All three cases where standing and judiciability were found were state proceedings.

Sir, This was a local Administrative Judge in New Jersey. This ruling needs to climb a few more rungs before it gets to the Federal judiciary. Such an appeal has already moved from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and may even bypass a Federal District Court or the U.S. Court of Appeals. Watch that lane.
