Don’t forget Trump won Massachusetts early on in the primary process.

By a landslide Trump also won Massachusetts.

Thanks for pointing that out.

There are heavy Dem areas...like Rochester NY proper. There was good reason why Trump picked the hangar for his rally. Dems are mean and arrogant around town.

I'm in the a suburb which in pretty much Republican.

I do believe a lot of Dems will switch for the general election to vote for Trump.

I had some Cruzer on Facebook assert to me this morning that Trump only wins open primaries and that Cruz wins all the closed ones (which is not actually true, Trump and Cruz have both won three closed primaries each). Each of these upcoming ones are closed, so that meme will soon be safely put to bed.

Every time some media know it all mentions Trump as the most likely candidate, they also mention again and again that the party DOES NOT like Cruz.

Cruz would have to win 708 of the remaining 789 delegates to attain 1,237.

Losing New York alone, as badly as he appears slated to do, would render him mathematically unable to get 1,237.

Cruz is a pretender in this election just like he pretends to be king in the Senate....where nobody likes him.

Which lends yet more support to the idea of the US ridding itself of both political parties. (like the Dems and their “super-delegates”)

There are reasons why George Washington was against political parties.

Been listening to FoxNews since 8:15 this morning. All I have heard are either negative comments on Trump or comments about both Cruz and Trump being negative toward one another. Martha was balanced for a while but she received the Ailes memo that one does not speak nice about Trump.

‘Rush, Levin, et al will come to the rescue! (I don’t know that for sure, because I won’t listen to them anymore)’

I don’t have 3 hours to listen to Rush, but i read the transcript of his show on a daily basis.

No idea why you think Rush isn’t fair between Trump and Cruz.

As far as i’m concerned, he isn’t taking sides. Remember, he has three hours to fill and that’s a lot of commentary.

Trump continues to gain strength as it becomes more evident that that Cruz is going to hit the mathematical wall. Between that and bad press for all his constant dirty trix I think you will see Cruz’s campaign start crumbling after this month. He is going to take a terrible beating in the NE states. Trump looks more and more inevitable each day. I think Trump will get the 1237 by June 7th. Then we can all move on to the general election and let Teddy get back to his senate seat with Green Eggs and Ham.

“Cruz is being carried entirely by the media.”

Another parallel to Obama. One of many.

The pounding in the northeast will be terrible.

I do not expect the Rupert Murdoch’s and Erick Ericksons of the world to relent.

They’re in the game for the GOP-E....not for Ted Cruz.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Murdoch fire Hannity and Dobbs.

Yep. It’s part of what the media does with a republican UNTIL they turn on him.

“delegates given to him by the GOPe.”

Bears repeating. The outsider being given delegates by the GOP
