We've gone over the cliff already, the only "power" left is who decides what to do with the scrap metal once the bus hits bottom and unless things change fast rather than over the next few gradual steps that take decades, we won't even have a say in what to do with the scrap metal.

The two are nice topics but only the second is being addressed by your post. My point being how the hell can we seize power by complaining about crappy rules we can’t do a damn thing to change now? They suck, we got it, we hate it. Dirty secret, the GOPe has been up to this shit for years.
