You mean like every single author at National Review, Commentary, and American Thinker? They post 20 anti-Trump screeds per day.
I have no idea if they do. I haven't read any of them very much for a long time. Even if what you say is true, I don't remember seeing any kooky crazy headlines coming from those directions.
Isn't American Thinker made up of innumerable different authors? I would be surprised to hear that it has a consensus.
