I believe that is the fastest-growing type of crime.
It’s time to abolish the IRS.
Next to government, I believe so.
Most of this crime has no victim to file charges. Illegals use the SSN of their anchor baby, of other family member, or close friend. Thus it amounts to just a paperwork violation.
The above is true for both skilled and unskilled labor.
But (They dont need no stinkin h1b) skilled labor has a more evil practice also. The Satyam type temp staffing firms find one good SSN. they then place consultants in 5 or 10 different firms, all using the singe good SSN.
Has anyone proven it of INFOSYS or TATA? It was only exposed at Satyam after it went belly-up due to alienating Wall Street Cartel.
