It is well worth visiting the Mark Twain house in Hartford. It is an amazing example of Victorian architecture and it has one of the best billiard rooms ever up on the 3rd floor.

Thanks so much for the picture and information. I’ve never been to Ct.
I did like my Junior year in high school when my teacher read to us the entire book of “Huckleberry Finn”. She read with a lot of excitement and did a great job of the language used in his writing. Miss Augestein She actually made Literature fun.

Wow, that is a cool room. I was thrilled when visiting Virginia City, NV, to see Mark Twain had loved there awhile.
