Maybe he was last because he was borrowing a jacket again. After seeing what the proper dress was ( by looking at what DJT was wearing) he may have needed to change so he found a waiter about his size. .... Well it could happen .... Or there was a prom in the next hall and he borrowed Toney’s Tux
