If the RNC/GOP pulls something at the convention to take the nomination from Trump they may be creating more than stay-at-homes, they may be creating something completely new:
Kamikaze Voter
Removing Republicans from every office everywhere
“Removing Republicans from every office everywhere”
I agree..my post from yesterday:
He doesnt ... he does not have a chance. All you need to know is how badly he lost to Trump in FL and how badly he is about to get beat in the NorthEast. Florida is the second home of the NorthEast.
What bothers me about Cruz is that he continues to throw NY Values and Mafia arrows at Trump so he can try to scoop another 4 or 5 delegates, not realizing (or caring) that every time he does this he is insulting more and more Florida voters. Instead of stepping down after NY, he will just fill up his bag of hand grenades and continue to blow up potential voters.
Cruz supporters are going to realize what a terrible mistake it was to run this civil war deep into July. Youre going to realize that, just like his bomb throwing in the senate didnt advance any cause, he will have destroyed any unity amongst the same squishy Republicans, Independents and crossover Democrats he is so badly going to need in the swing states. A loss of Floridas 29 electoral votes would require him to win WI and PA just to break even again; then carry the swing states of NC, VA,and OH.
At 8:01 on election night, because the voters he has insulted stay home, Ted Cruz will lose the great sunshine state of Florida, and with that, the election. (and no Wisconsins 10 delegates wont make up for FLs 29)
While youre having a few beers to drown out the loss, you might do well to have a few shots along with it, because the GOP will lose Rubios Senate seat as well.
