DEMOCRAT STRATEGIST: Bernie Supporters Will Cross Over to Vote for Trump Instead of Hillary
Gateway Pundit ^ | April 15,2016 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 04/15/2016 3:46:40 PM PDT by Hojczyk

Democratic strategist Harlan Hill told Neil Cavuto today that up to 40% of Bernie Sanders supporters will cross over to Donald Trump if Bernie is eliminated.

Harlan Hill: Almost 40% of Bernie Sanders supporters say they will not support Hillary Clinton in the general election. And I expect that number to grow.

Neil Cavuto: Alright, will where will they go?

Harlan Hill: Well, I think they will either stay home or they will cross over.

Neil Cavuto: Who will they cross over to?

Harlan Hill: Donald Trump. That’s it. They’re not going to vote for Ted Cruz… I think that there is common ground that if Donald Trump plays his cards right he could appeal to a lot of Democrats.

The GOP purist will end up getting what they always get.

NOTHING.

I will take some Bernie voters to put Trump over the top.

The purist can whine to their hearts content.

I saw someone on TV recently who said Sanders, in DC, was really angry, grumpy, and downright rude to anyone who is a Republican

Sounds like the way GOPe’s treat grassroots party members.

Do you like being abused by GOPe’s?

Quote:
“Trump voters won’t vote for Cruz.
Bernie voters voting for Trump.
End times”

We are not living in “end times”. Yes, Trump voters in large numbers will not vote for Cruz if he steals the thing via GOPe double agent delegates and other un-American, undemocratic fascist anti-vote tactics. Of course. We must not vote Cruz, that would just enable the GOPe to do this to use for decades as they hardwire such Falangist Party Syndicalism into the system all thanks to Cruz the Creep who cannot win the votes.

But it won’t matter, this “theme”, because no way will Cruz get the nomination even with such ugly methods.

As for Sanders and the Bernie voters voting Trump, yes, once Hillary gets the DNC establishment nomination, the Sanders voters will turn on her in a big way, many are young people and will use protests and even violence, there will be riot type events and it will probably be the Democratic Chicago Convention 1968 all over again.

Good. And yes, some will, not many, but some will vote Trump.

Let’s nominate Trump and let them vote for him. All the better.

As far as end times, no, Cruzbots are NOT living some “divine calendar” at the moment of the most historical and holy moment in the sacred calendar since Jesus rising from the dead, and no, Cruz is NOT personally chosen by Jesus for anything, certainly not the nomination, and no we are not in the end times and this is all backhoe nonsense of people other people want to avoid. Please don’t knock on my front door and tell me Cruz is a Divine Entity or something, such types you all please go away and get on your knees with Glenn Beck the loon.

Bernie’s people hate HRH as much as Trump people hate Lyin Ted.

Also, both Trump and Bernie are campaigning against the corrupt party system.

Trump and Bernie agree we are getting ripped off on trade deals, and Bernie’s people
feel Hillary isn’t qualified or honest, something Trump says a lot.

I also agree that while Hillary does well with AA so does Trump, and Trump will get 20% of the black vote because he is their hope for getting jobs.

Heard the Dem debate last night.Listening to a shrill Hillary and the blustery diction challenged communist in a debate makes the sound of chalk screeching against a blackboard soothing by comparison

Hillary did the “every man’s bitter ex-wife” thing to a T last night. Can’t believe nobody told her not to use that tone of voice, or maybe she just can’t help herself.

“It’s’ not about Trump...it’s against Hillary.”

I can see them hating Shillary (who wouldn’t?), but I would think a left-winger would go with the Green Party or some other fringe leftist candidate.

End times?

Bet that’s what this loser leadership in D.C. is thinking too.

“FREEDOM!”

If Sanders’s supporters wanted freedom, they wouldn’t be supporting him in the first place. He would rule like Castro or Maduro if he manage it.

Just like with the States the Vote Fraud is not universal all over, Just in the Key counties that count the most. Amazingly easy. just a handful of population centers can swing a national election.

“That he is not a corrupt member of the Establishment. “

If they really see Trump as “not a corrupt member of the Establishment”, why didn’t they support him in the first place rather than support Sanders? If their only agenda is to support someone who is “not a member of the Establishment”, and they can easily go from someone who is an open socialist (but more likely a commie) to someone (Trump) who many on this site think is a conservative, they have a very thin agenda. Their outlook would be “I don’t care if they’re a socialist or a capitalist, want to build a wall or throw the border even wider open, just so long as the candidate is “not a corrupt member of the Establishment”.

Very odd. But, of course, being Sanders’s supporters they by definition are odd.

“Yes, I imagine it would since Trump has repeatedly said were being ripped off, looted and robbed from top to bottom by waste and fraud. Pay attention.”

Well, if Sanders’s supporters are, indeed, in favor of reducing the size of government, why are they supporting Sanders?

Pay attention.

“What would Sanders’s supporters see in Trump that would make them vote for him?

________________________________________________________

A decent speaking voice.”

It takes all kinds. In William F. Buckley’s book about his mayoral run, he recounted that a NYC voter told him that she voted for Lindsay instead of Buckley because Lindsay’s teeth were so pretty.

Of course, when someone votes for style it should come as no surprise that what they get as substance may be a very unpleasant surprise.
