Obamacare's financial stability remains in question as insurance companies warn that the health exchange marketplaces are on the verge of collapse.
A shortage of healthy young people signing up for Obamacare in the marketplaces is driving the cost of subsidizing sicker people through the roof for insurance companies, The Hill reports. Insurers are losing money, and some are suggesting that they will cut their losses and pull out of the marketplace altogether.

It is the other way around; more people have health INSURANCE, but it is so bad they can’t afford the HEALTH CARE it provides.
One basic flaw of these re-distribution schemes is the assumption that there would be at least a steady (if not growing) pool of white people to pay for it; this simply isn’t true anymore. Less and less of the “young people” required as donors to ObamaCare are white “makers”; instead, they have been replaced by a generation of “takers” (many from lineages that have never paid taxes for several generations).
i think what you say is true; however, i also believe this is the insurance industry going back in for another handout to keep their profit margins higher, expecting that Obama won’t let them down because he wouldn’t want one of his signature accomplishments to suddenly look worse than it actually is. does anyone wonder why healthier young people aren’t signing up? many cannot afford the current premiums [much less proposed higher ones] on their meager salaries, and when you factor in the outrageous deductibles, it’s cheaper to opt out, except if something catastrophic health wise were to occur.

What Obama wants is all the money for medical plans to flow thru the government so he can get his hands on it to buy votes and “redistribute it all.” Remember back to when Social Security funds were “borrowed.”

In December of 2013 our Monthly Premium for Health Insurance was $1200. That includes Dental and Vision.
In January 2016 our Monthly Premium for Health Insurance is $1900.
Obamacare, it’s working like a charm.

The most ironic consequence of the Obama engineered collapse of our health care system will be the parallel implosion of the European style "Model Socialist Medical Systems" in Canada, Great Britain and the EU that our political morons touted as the models for their American socialized medical system because, like the NATO alliance on the Military Side, the moribund Canada, Great Britain and the EU socialized heath care systems could only survive because they had the huge American health care system to back them up and make the investments in new medicines and medical technology their systems could not afford to pay for.
And , more importantly, the the free market American health care system, with it's ability to provide immediate access to sophisticated and effective medical care without long waiting lists or rationed health care, has served as a safety valve and safe haven for the where desperate Canada, Great Britain and the EU patients denied care by the Socialist system's death panels or who had been placed on years long waiting lists (de facto death panels for people with time critical, life threatening medical problems like cancer) could go when needing care that their Socialistic care could not or would not provide.
