Is that true in a way that, for example, the Libertarian party doesn’t have access to? Or is it based on triggers of vote percentages, etc.? I am curious.
I realize that public funding of presidential campaigns can happen, but I thought it is based on support percentages and not o having the name Republican or Democrat associated with your name.
