Many years ago....after several unsuccessful attempts to get wires buried by our cable company, I called the company President and told him the story.

He put the conversation on the loud speaker for all his employees to hear and informed me of the same.

Within an hour, a crew was at the house and the wires were buried. Now it was safe for my lawnmower guy to get his job done.

Sometimes the big boss doesn't know....so tell him.

I had a problem once with a brand new washing machine. Kept getting run around from the service dept for several weeks. Called the store manager. His only comment was “what color?”. The new one was delivered about 3 hours later......by the service manager.
