What would be the harm of letting all Republicans vote for ALL nominees, including President, on that June ballot? I’m sure that “delegates” would want to know the will of the voters they supposedly represent.
That is not what the Republican Party of Colorado established as its rules.
It would be a violation of first amendment civil rights to have a new election for 2016.
