Full title: Trump will pick up a few delegates that no one actually thought about counting that will bring him still closer to 1237, and Ted will get several that will do absolutely nothing for him.

That must be why he’s behind by 250 and has no hope whatsoever of winning. Yeah, that’s it.

With these numbers, expect Buckeye Kasich to claim victory.

Why not have a popular vote, instead of a Soviet style outcome?

Personally, I've no objection.

But it's up to the state party to determine how they want to conduct their affairs. It's "Soviet-style" when the national leadership dictates a single way of doing it.

Be it a corporation, a church, a fantasy baseball league or a state political party, I'm not in the habit of telling other people how to do their business.

The money doesn’t keep coming if that happens.

That is just stinkin’ hilarious - except for the part that it’s all too true.

"It's as if a horde of nihilists rose from the bowels of Free Republic and spread across the landscape. You find satisfaction in destruction, like the child pulling the wings of of flies... "

First, the GOP must die.

Everything else comes after that.

From within or without, that is is the sure outcome.

“I’ll actually vote for whoever isn’t the Hill or the Berm. The fury of the Trumpsters makes the whole thing sound distasteful, but realistically, I’m not going to blame Trump for his supporters.”

Me too. I’ve voting Cruz in our primary if he’s still in but will vote Trump if he’s the nominee with nary a sniffle. I really dislike all the anti-Cruz hysteria, whether he is someone preferred candidate or not. I also dislike all the anti-Trump hysteria on social media, the neverTrump and etc., why not? He’s got a lot going for him. Both he and Cruz are good candidates, and head and shoulders about the opposition on every level.

>>The answer is that ALL of Trumps supporters will either follow him to a 3rd party, or they will vote against every Republican on the ballot.

That’s why a couple months ago, the Cruztians kept asking “If Cruz wins the nomination, will you Trumpsters (Trumpanzees, etc) vote for Cruz?”

As it turns out, that was an Alinsky tactic to hold us to our own rules when “Honest” Ted broke out the rules lawyering later in the election.

Manafort was talking about all the unbound delegates that he is “working” on. Worst case is Trump will only need a small number of unbound delegates to put him over the top.

And I keep pointing out these numbers aren’t exactly right, that “remaining” means “newly remaining,” but Carson’s delegates are available now; Christie’s are available now; I think Paul has a delegate available now; the Virgin Islands has something like 18 unpledged delegates from earlier; not to mention Rubio’s delegates, which no one seems to know WHAT their status is.

In short, while there are 798 NEW delegates remaining, the poll is actually about 830-1000 depending on what the status of Rubio’s delegates are. And that means that Trump

First, the GOP must die.

Yep! Nihilists. Bent on destruction. Leaving the country to the tender mercies of the Libs...

Beyond silly. Some guy just wishes that candidates magically don’t have to vote for whom they have to vote for.

Take this to the old bank:

TED. WILL. NEVER. BE. THE. NOMINEE.

You got that right.

At the age of 28, I’ve only voted in 2 presidential elections - I voted for McCain in 2008, and Romney in 2012. I volunteered for not only McCain, but Bush back in 2004 when I was 16. I’ve always called myself a Republican, and I think of myself as your average, millenial conservative.

I also voted for Trump in my state’s primary - and, if the GOP tries to pull any funny business this year, I’ll never call myself a Republican again. I’ve always pictured them as the lesser of two evils, anyway. I’m sure there are many like me out there who missed out on the Reagan era and all we know is W and the losers that the GOP put out after him. We don’t feel very strongly about the GOPe, and we’ll drop them fast and because of this they won’t have a hope at winning an election again. Shoot, if it was between Bernie and whoever the GOPe were to choose, I would vote for Bernie.

If you can’t get the young people behind you, in twenty years (if you’ve made it that long), what are you left with..!

Cruz wins another State where the Republican Party spits on the People’s right to vote. I don’t care that it’s a rule or how many previous times it’s been done, it’s still wrong.

Wyoming does not hold a primary vote. Instead, 475 party activists convened in Casper on Saturday to hold a state convention and award 14 delegates.

Previously, 12 other delegates had been designated at county-level conventions. Cruz won 10 of those, with one going to Trump and another being elected as “unbound.

Another Colorado.
