No, it's whining. If it was about addressing a corrupt system, then Trump would have done so long before. Trump and his supporters only do this when Trump loses. They can never bring themselves to admit that there complete lack of ground game had anything to do with it.
They could not have addressed it, unless it happened to the voters fist hand and they experienced it for themselves. Otherwise it would not have had the effect it’s having now. They knew they had no chance with the party members and activists (who have been involved in the process for decades) were firmly planted in the NeverTrump arena.
Sure, Trump knows it’s corrupt, but the fact is you have to get the people to see it and feel it for themselves in order for it to spread across the news and the internet the way it has...to my point, we are discussing it right now :)
