There are over 140,000 registered republicans in Wyoming. Far less than one percent of them were allowed to take part. This is getting ridiculous, isn’t it, even worse than Colorado. Perhaps next week they will introduce rules simplifying the process even more so that only Rove, Mitt Romney, and Bill Kristol are allowed to vote.
But it’s all fair, you know. Rules and all that.

Any person registered to vote Republican as of the call for precinct caucuses in a given precinct may vote in that precincts caucus.
