If these traits are selected to favor whites you are implying that other groups are incapable or not inclined to these traits. The question is WHY NOT?
The fact is that there are certain qualities/ behaviors that lead to success regardless of your race. A good education, hard work, achieving objectives in a timely manner, honesty, dependability, being on time, problem solving, intelligence, perseverance, ability to follow rules, etc. These are things that make you useful as an employee or in running your own business. IMO, blacks look at these traits and see that they are exhibited by a large percentage of white people but only a small percentage of blacks. That’s how they become defined as “acting white”.
This creates a huge problem for blacks since they are actively discouraged from displaying behaviors that lead to success. This also leads to a HUGE disparity in the accomplishments of blacks and whites in science, technology, business, inventiveness, general competence and the success and wealth that results. This leads them to look for excuses for these disparities. Rather than blaming their failures on their self destructive culture, they are taught and encouraged to blame it on racism.
The bottom line is that if you spend your life actively avoiding behaviors that lead to success, dont be surprised when you are not successful.

Long ago, about 40 years back, I was a high school teacher. There was a little group of very smart and cheerful black girls who where told about a meeting at 3 pm after school. They giggled and wanted to know if it was WPT or CPT. They were kidding because they were in the small group who had standards.
I was so surprised last week that many people still don't know what that means. But thanks to Hillary, word is getting out.

.....yes sir! That’s the same as it was with our Japanese. One thing I like to stress was that ALL the American Sailors just loved the male Japanese workers and clowned around with them all day every day. We all left the Japanese females completely alone on the enlisted boss’s orders! But, the irony was that both these guys 24 years earlier were in the Japanese Army! We were under orders to stay away from that subject too but we didn’t mind. To us they were just great guys!
